- Your encrypted images (which I cannot access)
- Unencrypted notes
- Image URLs and file paths
- That's it - nothing else
Data Retention
- Encrypted notes and images are stored until database cleanup (approximately monthly)
- Unencrypted notes are stored until database cleanup (approximately monthly)
- Failed decryption attempts delete notes and images immediately
- Image URLs remain in database until cleanup
- No permanent data storage
Server Access
- Encrypted notes: Server cannot read content
- Encrypted images: Server cannot access files
- Unencrypted notes: Server can access content
- Image URLs: Always stored in database
Legal Compliance
- Encrypted notes: Cannot be provided to law enforcement or courts
- Encrypted images: Cannot be provided to law enforcement or courts
- Unencrypted notes: Stored until database cleanup, accessible to law enforcement
- No data exists: Cannot be provided if it doesn't exist
- Technical limitation: I cannot decrypt your encrypted content

- Encrypted Note: Content encrypted with your password

Important Legal Notice
- Encrypted Data Protection: If a user is alleged to have committed crimes or published illegal data through this site and the note is encrypted, we cannot provide data to courts or governments due to technical limitations.
- Hash Values: We will not provide encrypted note hash values or any encrypted data to law enforcement based on allegations alone.
- Allegations vs Conviction: User data cannot be provided for users who are merely accused or alleged to have committed crimes. Data may only be considered for users who have been legally convicted by a court of law.
- Serious Crimes Exception: In cases of serious crimes such as terrorism, child sexual abuse, or crimes against humanity, available data will be provided immediately to law enforcement and relevant authorities upon valid legal request.
- Restricted Jurisdictions: Data requests from Greece, Armenia, Palestine, and Israel will never be honored or responded to under any circumstances.
- User Responsibility: Do not commit crimes. This service is intended for legitimate, legal use only. Users are solely responsible for the content they share.
