• Device fingerprints or identifiers
• Location data
• Any tracking cookies or analytics
• IP addresses (used only for rate limiting, never stored)

What I DO Collect

• Your encrypted notes (which I cannot read)
• Your encrypted images (which I cannot access)
• Unencrypted notes
• Image URLs and file paths
• That's it - nothing else

Data Retention

• Encrypted notes and images are stored until database cleanup (approximately monthly)
• Unencrypted notes are stored until database cleanup (approximately monthly)
• Failed decryption attempts delete notes and images immediately
• Image URLs remain in database until cleanup
• No permanent data storage

Server Access

• Encrypted notes: Server cannot read content
• Encrypted images: Server cannot access files
• Unencrypted notes: Server can access content
• Image URLs: Always stored in database

Legal Compliance

• Encrypted notes: Cannot be provided to law enforcement or courts
• Encrypted images: Cannot be provided to law enforcement or courts
• Unencrypted notes: Stored until database cleanup, accessible to law enforcement
• No data exists: Cannot be provided if it doesn't exist
• Technical limitation: I cannot decrypt your encrypted content

Terms & Definitions

• Note: Text content shared via my platform
• Image: Files uploaded with notes, encrypted together
• IP Address: Used for rate limiting and stored in system logs
• Encrypted Note: Content encrypted with your password
• Unencrypted Note: Plain text content, stored until database cleanup
